Tiffany Anne Jeffrey, 46 years young, passed peacefully on February 6, 2026. She was born on February 1, 1980. Tiffany was preceded in death by her father, Donald Poster. She is survived by her loving mother, Ida Poster, and stepfather, Todd Eviston; her children, Hannah Poster, Justin Poster, and Abby Jeffrey; her beloved partner, Brian Wilson, and his son Bryce; her former husband, Chad Jeffrey, with whom she shared her children; her sisters, Merritt, Cassandra, Brittany, Ashley, and Cierra Poster; and her cherished nieces and nephews, Adam, Tristen, Madison, Makayla, Dylan, Tarah, Hayden, Miley, Noah, Kyle Jr., Oliver, Delilah, and Jaxson. 

Tiffany was known for her constant smile, her loving heart, and her selfless nature—always making sure others were okay before herself. She earned her Medical Assistant certificate and went on to work as a caregiver, a role that perfectly reflected who she was. Caring for others wasn’t just her job; it was her calling. She had a deep love for volunteering and embraced life with an adventurous spirit. Tiffany enjoyed the desert, off-roading, river days, and watching NASCAR—always ready for a new adventure and time well spent with the people she loved. Viewing services will be held on February 12, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Legacy Cremation and Funeral Home, located at 7043 University Ave, La Mesa, CA 91942. A Celebration of Life honoring Tiffany will take place on February 28, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Carter-Smith VFW Post 5867, 12650 Lindo Lane, Lakeside, CA 92040.
