It is with great sadness that the family of Thomas Ray Lockhart announces his sudden passing on Wednesday, June 13, 2018, at the age of 64 years. Thomas also known as Tom will be lovingly remembered by his wife Rosalinda Lockhart and his children, Tara Lockhart, John Lockhart, Arlene Palma, and Reycris Sebastian. Tom will also be fondly remembered by his six grandchildren, Alexander, Patrick, John, Frank, Eli and Lily; by his brothers, Mickey and Fred and his sisters-in-law Alix and Karen; his daughter-in-law Nicole Wallace and son in-law Antonio Palma; and numerous friends and families. He is preceded in death by his mother, Marguerite Ann Tierney and his father, William Calvin Lockhart.
