Steven Jeffery François March 7, 1957 – February 17, 2022 Steven Jeffery François was born on March 7, 1957, to Harry François, Jr, and Velva of Metairie, Louisiana. Steve was 1 of 6 children. Steve served in the Army Air Force Reserve, retired after 23 years. He was employed with the Department of Homeland Security and recently retired after 29 years of service. Steve is survived by his wife Loyce of 34 years, and children Pierre and Jairus; siblings, Harry François III, Janet Piper, and Corliss François as well as a host of nieces and nephews. Memorial services are to be held on March 11, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Casa de Oro Bible Church, 10195 Madrid Way, Spring Valley, CA. Services will be streamed on YouTube and recorded.
