We lost our beloved family member Sharon on Thursday morning Feb 16th 2017, 2 weeks after her 61st birthday. She passed away at home from stage 4 metastasized melanoma. She was cremated on Wednesday morning Feb 22nd 2017. Sharon is deeply missed by her Mother Pat Steinbaugh, sisters Debra Steinbaugh and Cyndi Halvax, her two sons Darren Amidon and Ryan Amidon, his wife Jennifer Amidon and their two granddaughters Cammie and Morgan, with their new grand baby on the way, her two nephews Jason and Garrett, along with her loving friends and neighbors. Sharon was a true original! She loved life and it showed. Her beautiful smile and laughter were contagious. She'd fill a room with joy. Sharon's boys, grand babies and her two Jack Russell's Jake & Lexi were her everything. She took joy in being with them every chance she got. Her Facebook page was plastered with pictures and proud moments of each and every one of them. Social media enabled her to reconnect with classmates, old friends and boyfriends which she so loved and adored. Sharon loved football, race car driving and telling stories from the good old days. Our hearts are broken and we will forever miss her. Sharon's Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday at 2 PM, Feb 25th 2017 in the Clubhouse at Santee Lakes, 9310 Fanita Parkway, Santee, CA 92071. Santee Lakes was one of her favorite spots to vacation with her family and friends.
