Rosalina Maines, 71, of El Cajon, California, went to be with the Lord in the late evening on Wednesday, May 4, 2016. She was surrounded by family and love. Rosalina ("Rose") was born to Agapito Reola (father) and Leona Telegrosa (mother) in Naga City, Philippines in 1944. In 1967, She married Henry Maines in Cavite City, Philippines. She is the loving mother of Marissa, Maridel, Henry, John, and Raquel and beloved grandmother to ten grandchildren. She is survived by her loving siblings, Efigenia Herman of Chicago, Josefina Sanders of Corpus Christi, Rafael Reola of Corpus Christi, and Aurora Fanning of Ketting, Ohio.
Rose enjoyed the Southern California sun and was often out and about visiting with her friends. She valued her independence and her family above all else. She was frequently helping her neighbors, and remained active in her community. Her sense of humor, wit, and luminescent smile were her trademarks. Rose will always be remembered for her giving nature, exceptional work ethic and fiery spirit.
