Richard "Ricky" Alan Fleming II of San Diego passed away unexpectedly on October 14, 2016. Born on March 22, 1981. Ricky was the loving son of Nariman "Nora" Mansour and the loving father of Miranda Fleming. He was also a loving nephew, cousin, brother, and grandson.
