Patricia Ann Clarke, aged 78, died peacefully on August 15th, 2017 at home in La Mesa, California. Pattie was born October 5th, 1938 in Memphis, Tennessee, the daughter of Ovid Alvah Bridgewater and Nettie Mae Montgomery. Pattie thoroughly enjoyed karaoke, traveling, visiting with her children, grand children & great-grand children. She won numerous awards as a karaoke singer and was also a karaoke hostess over the years in Memphis as well as San Diego. Patsy Kline was her artist of choice. Arriving in San Diego in 1957 Pattie would go on to raise 7 children. Each having different stories, she played a major role in molding them into unique individuals. Her legacy will continue. In addition to raising her children Pattie earned her Bachelor's degree, ran a successful hotel & restaurant business, and also owned & ran My Fair Lady, a weight loss salon. Gardening, painting & writing were also some of Pattie's favorite past times. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her name to the San Diego Humane Society or the American Heart Association.
