"Sadly, Matricia has passed this evening. We want to thank all of the family and friends for a tremendous out-pouring of love and caring during this especially difficult week. Matricia was a loving wife, mother, step-mom, aunt, grandma and friend to us all, and she will be missed for all of her unique qualities and gifts! I know my dad has been positively over-whelmed and appreciative of everyone's time, concern, prayers and help. Additionally, we have been so PLEASED with the quality of care Matricia, as well as, the family has received from Sharp Hospice and the Lakeview Hospice house staff. We appreciate everyone's generosity on all levels, however, please, no need to send flowers. We plan to organize a Celebration of Life event sometime this summer, where we can all share our favorite stories about loving Matricia J Soon, my dad will be in touch with everyone to discuss dates and availability.
