At the young age of 67 Linda Dolores Clark passed away on March 10th 2016 at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in San Diego. In 1949 Linda was born to Joseph and Marie Whitfield in St. Louis Missouri. As a young woman, Linda married Karl D. Clark and moved to California. This is where she would call home for the duration of her life. In San Diego Linda worked and started a family. She gave birth to a baby girl they named Kaijsa Davon in 1979. A few years later in 1983 they had another baby girl they named Keiona Dashawn. As the years flew by they had many family vacations, holiday celebrations and made tons of amazing memories together. As more time passed and situations changed, Linda watched as the kids grew up and out. In 2000 Linda welcomed her only granddaughter into the world. In honor of her mother, Kaijsa decided to give her new baby a part of her mother and named her Kiera Delores Clark. This meant the world to Linda and Kiera was her world. What ever you may have known Linda by whether it be Bubble Gum, Mom, Grandma, Me-ma, Auntie or Ms. Linda she never wavered to who she was. She had such a positive yet unique personality that she could make an everlasting impression on a person in a ten-minute interaction. She could leave you cracking up laughing or feeling like you have just been schooled by using a few words coupled with a facial expression that only she could pull off. She was just the best. Linda was an amazing person who loved to laugh, smile, dance, sing, cuddle, watch movies and talk about anything and everything. Linda had a ton of love and affection that she shared with anyone and everyone that would let her. With this collection of qualities, Linda found her passion and opened up her own daycare 'Every Little Step' in 2007. Her new career welcomed a whole other family into her life that Linda would grow to cherish. With this new family Linda formed unbreakable bonds that were very dear to her heart. Family and friends were everything to Linda. She was a person who loved to give and didn't expect anything in return. Linda was truly a gift from God and she touched many hearts, minds and souls. Imagining a life without her hurts, but the time we were able to share with her is priceless. We will remember you always. Rest in peace and we Love You. Linda is survived by her two daughters Kaijsa and Keiona Clark; her granddaughter Kiera Delores Clark; as well as her younger siblings Theresa Johnson, Sharon Wright, Terrell Whitfield and Erksin Whitfield.
