Juraj was born December 12, 1978, in Slovakia, where he spent his childhood. He then traveled for a few years through his work on a cruise ship where he was lucky to have many great experiences and see amazing destinations. He later moved to the United States where he became a Research Technician for a Pharmaceutical Research Company. Juraj was a talented, skilled, and caring technician who took pride in his work.
He is survived by so many who love him including the love of his life Katie, Mom Emilia , Babka Imriska, Cousin Martin, Martin's Fiancé Michaela, Nephew Hugo, Aunt Eva, and Cousin Jakub as well as many amazing friends. He was a lucky man to have all this love and support just as we are lucky to have been a part of his heart and his world.
Juraj was a quiet, and kind man. He was a hard worker who was very humble about his accomplishments. He was never one to boast about his success. Juraj never did anything half way. He was a fiercely energetic, all or nothing kind of man. He was incredibly funny and could so easily make others laugh and feel at ease. He was always encouraging and supportive of everyone and always did his best to make those around him feel loved and secure. He faced life with positivity and energy and always tried to make the best of any situation, even in the face of adversity. He was a champion for the underdog and would quietly go out of his way to seek them out, listen, and help in any way he could.
He was a magnet for kids, possibly because he was a big kid himself. He was always so patient and kind with them. Always making them feel important in the moments they spent together.
Juraj met the love of his life, Katie, and was looking forward to spending a life together full of love, laughter, and children. He was a true gentleman and romantic. He had a soft side that he didn't always share with the world.
He was taken from us too soon and will NEVER be forgotten by those who love him. He will live on in our hearts forever.
