June was born to Julius Henry Pomrenke and Hulda Marie Treptow on the 4th of July and all her life loved to see the fireworks on her birthday. First of two daughters, born in Huntington Park, California, she remained in California for her entire life.
Brought up in the Lutheran church she had a strong faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Learned to play the violin and piano growing up. Played in her high school orchestra and loved music. Her favorite artist over the years was Elvis Presley She liked hanging out with all her cousins growing up.
Married James Wallace Anderson on March 24th 1950 and they had three children together, daughter Bonnie Lou, daughter Judy Lynn and son James Wallace Jr. Divorced in 1973 she obtained work as a data entry clerk and eventually moved to San Diego, Ca with her daughter Judy. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and helping friends. She had a generous heart and gave liberally to many charities and ministries.
She is survived by her daughter Bonnie Lou DeLay and grandchildren Sarah and Jeremy, daughter Judy Lynn Denton and grandchildren Audrey and Adam, and sister Gladys Rosenow.
