Julie Ann Chadek, born and raised in San Diego and a true California girl, lost her hard fought battle with cancer on January 8, 2019. Only three days after her 35th birthday, this angel answered the call of the Lord and took her place in the heavens where she could continue to bless those that she loved. Julie is survived by her husband Garret, twin sons Gunner and Garrison, her mother Denise and father Donald, her sister Tracy, and brother Brian. She is loved immensely by all her family and friends and her love, compassion, strength, and determination will live on in our hearts for eternity. The Visitation with a Viewing for Julie, Friday, January 18, 2019, HAS BEEN CANCELLED. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 19, 2019, 2:00 PM at Rise City Church, 12150 Woodside Avenue, Lakeside, CA 92040 Julie requested for everybody to wear colors. Her favorite color was purple.
