Joseph "Mike" Michael Dubreuil, beloved husband, father, papa, son, brother and uncle, passed away November 6th at the age of 62. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Sherrie, as well as daughter, Rebecca, grandson, Carter, mother, Lise, sister, Marie, brother, John and their families.
Mike was born May 11, 1954 in Quebec, Canada. His family moved to San Diego in the late 60s. Mike attended Kearny High School and was a part of the 1972 graduating class. He went on to a career with General Dynamics as a Quality Assurance Inspector (or as a "Rocket Scientist" as he used to say), and was most recently employed at Franklin Industries.
Mike was passionate about many things, with the most notable being politics, followed closely by the love he had for animals. Although he was rough around the edges, Mike was a man with a heart of gold.
A memorial service will be held Saturday November 26th at 10:00 am at St. Columba Catholic Church. 3327 Glencolum Dr. San Diego, CA 92123. Reception to follow.
