Howard was born January 20, 1943 and passed away on Wednesday November 13, 2019. He graduated from Chelsea High School in 1964 and served in the United States Army 1968 – 1971. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and NASCAR. He was an honorable, loyal and loving Dad, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle and friend. Daughter Lisa, two grandchildren Rio and Ryan, son-in-law Ricky, sister Catherine, niece Linda, survives him. He will be laid to rest in a private ceremony at Miramar National Cemetery in San Diego, CA.
