Helen Kincaid, 87, of El Cajon, peacefully passed away January 29, 2019. She was born to the late Henry and Margaret Heinricks in March of 1931 in Canada. Helen graduated from City Park Collegiate in 1948. She married the late Robert Kincaid in 1954, and they lived together in Richmond B. C.before relocating to El Cajon in 1958. Helen is survived by three children: Danny Kincaid, of La Mesa; Stephen Kincaid, of El Cajon; and Laurie Kincaid, of El Cajon. She is also survived by 3 grandsons; Steve of San Diego, Jeff of Denver, CO and Tim of Phoenix AZ. Helen was predeceased by her loving husband on January 3, 2019. Helen was an accomplished executive secretary working for the Cushman family for 40 years. She started at The Independent Newspaper then transferred to the business of managing Cushman Associates and Rainbow Investment. She passed her appreciation of cooking, reading, travel, and the love of family ,and animals to all her children. Helen was immensely proud of her family, and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories. The family will have a private remembrance. The family asks that people make donations in support of Alzheimer's research, in lieu of sending flowers.
