Heidi Kristine (Fitschen) Erb passed away on January 22, 2018, in San Diego, California surrounded by her family and friends. She was born in Orange, California on September 6, 1969, and spent her life in Southern California. She was baptized at St. John's Lutheran Church in Orange and attended high school in Orange County before working in property management and sales. Heidi always loved the sunny, sandy beaches and spent her last years living in San Diego. She is survived by her children, Amanda and Mitchell Erb, and their father, Anthony Erb, of Moreno Valley; her father and step-mother Roger and Dawn Fitschen of Villa Park; mother Linda Nash of Irvine; and grandmother Judy Fitschen of Villa Park. Heidi is also survived by her sisters: Shannon, April, and Monika; and brothers Erich and Alex. Her family remembers her as a tall, beautiful, fun-loving girl. She was creative, artistic and had a beautiful voice; one of her favorite things was to sing karaoke. She had many friends – some lifelong, some newer – including Vince Udo of Lakeside who cared dearly for Heidi in her last years and shares in our grief. We are all heartbroken to have lost such a beautiful soul so soon. May she rest in peace. Services are being held at Corpus Christi Roman Catholic church, 3760 McKinley St. Corona, CA 92879, on Saturday February 17th, 2018 at 1:00 pm with a reception to follow.
