Heather 30, of San Diego passed away peacefully July 5th 2016 in her home in Alpine after a 10 year battle with brain cancer. Born in San Diego on January 21st 1986 to Robert and Shirley Chester. She grew up in Clairemont/Birdland with Robert and Lynette Chester. Heather attended Kearney High school where she met Michael Francel. They married in March 7th 2003 and gave birth to their son Jacob Francel. Heather went on to receive an associates degree in business administration at Mesa College which she used to to start a tile installation company with her husband. Heather is survived by an infinite list of more family and loved ones who cared so deeply for her that it is not possible to list them all! She loved swimming, cruising the carribean, and road trips with her family. Heather was always pleasantly sweet to everyone she met. Was a dedicated caring and loving mother and wife. She will be missed greatly as she left an impression in everyone's heart.
