Fred entered this life on July 23, 1958 in Oaklawn, Illinois and entered into rest on March 30, 2018 in La Mesa, California at the age of 59 years. He will be deeply missed by his wife Geri E. Radtke, his daughter Amanda Radtke, son Fred D. Radtke III, grandson Ayden Adams, parents Bette & Fred Radtke, sisters Donna Radtke, & Denise Kessler, pet Chihuahua "Toby", pet Terrier "Lulu", extended family and friends. Fred entered this life on July 23, 1958 in Oaklawn, Illinois and entered into rest on March 30, 2018 in La Mesa, California at the age of 59 years. Fred & Geri were married on October 23, 1999 and have spent 18 ½ wonderful years together. He has resided in the San Diego County area for the past 18 years. Fred was proud of his 25 year career as a Store Manager most recently for CVS Stores. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Fred would often be found utilizing his creative landscaping skills in and around his yard along with his passion for working on projects on his home. He will be remembered for being a dedicated Chicago bears Fan. Visitation hours will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 from 4 to 8 PM at Legacy Funeral Chapel, 7043 University Ave., La Mesa, California.
