Evelyn D. Tunstall affectionately known as Lois, 84 passed away peacefully at her home in Chula Vista, CA on Tuesday, December 17, 2019. She was born on October 14, 1935 in Hanover, Virginia to Joyce and Ryland Tunstall. She had 6 brothers and sisters. Her parents, grandparents and five siblings preceded her in death. She leaves to mourn her brother James Tunstall (Madeline), Richmond, Virginia. Two sons Barry D. Tunstall Sr. (Peaches), Chula Vista, California and Douglas Tunstall (Ann Marie), Waterbury, Connecticut. 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins. Her celebration of life will be on Friday, January 3, 2020 at 11am at Walter J. Manning Funeral Home 700 North 25th Street Richmond, VA. 23223 (804) 643-8738. The internment and repass will be at First Union Baptist Church Cemetery in Mechanicsville, VA. Manning Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
