Concepcion "Connie" Elloso Garcia was born on December 8, 1946 in Lucban, Quezon, Philippines. She went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday night, June 14th due to complications of liver disease. She is survived by her husband, Tomas Garcia. They have been married for 43 years and have been together for the last 45 years. Connie is a wife, sister, mother, aunt, grandmother, and friend. She is preceded in death by her father Pedro, mother Julia, father-in-law Meliton, son-in-law Gaudencio Vitug Jr., and niece Tess Dalena-Schöffler. She has four children: Sherwin Garcia, Sheila Laroco (Christopher), Sheryl Vitug, and Sheena Waters (Roger). Her four grandchildren are Lealanie Waters, Christopher Laroco Jr., Payton Laroco, and Colton Waters. Her sister is Mila Deuse (Matthias). She leaves behind family and friends who love her so much. She will be greatly missed.
