Billy Don Fennell born July 14, 1950, died May 8, 2021. Billy grew up with a deep love of music. He began playing french horn in elementary school and continued through college, earning his Bachelor of Music in Education. He taught chorus at Washington Elementary School for 2 years. He then joined Campus Crusade for Christ, playing his horn as part of their music ministry. He later moved into the IT field, earning his Master's degree from University of Phoenix. He remained involved in music as a member of the San Diego Gay Mens Chorus, making many friends there. Billy's other love was animals. He loved his dogs like family. Any dog he rescued was sure to be spoiled and greatly loved. Billy Don is survived by his twin sisters, Nancy Peugh and Norma Palmer (Ron). No services are planned.
