Andrew DeGroot AKA: Andries DeGroot DOB: August 13, 1931 Andrew DeGroot age 87 of Boulevard past away Thursday March 21, 2019. He is survived by his 2 sons, Andrew DeGroot, Harry DeGroot, and 1 daughter Marion Johnson, 10 Grandchildren, 22 Great-Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Great-Grandchild. Andy grew up in The Netherlands, immigrated to Canada in 1954, then immigrated to the United States in 1960, became a naturalized citizen in 1972. He was a machinist his entire career working in many places and retired from Kelco (Merck). He loved being on the water with his boats and later horseback riding with his Arabian horse. He also loved his dog Rosie and in the last 4 years was never seen without her! Andy was loved and will be missed by many.
